2018-02-20T00:10:14ZWe had a sad experience at the grove We were told that this was a great place for married college students to rent because there were government subsidized units there We were lead to believe that they qualified for one Their rent was raised sever We had a sad experience at the grove We were told that this was a great place for married college students to rent because there were government subsidized units there We were lead to believe that they qualified for one Their rent was raised several times while living there They would not work at all with them When they moved out they got a bill for almost 300000 for carpet replacement painting of the entire apartment and sheet rockreplacement I am the one that helped them clean It was in great shape Unfortunately we did not take pictures We tried to work with management and also with the owners in Boise They would never return phone calls Now they have turned us to a collection agency So I would just like to say to future renter Please be very aware of the contract that you sign And above all take pictures I feel like this was the Somersets way of replacing cheap carpet with a better quality of carpet and paint When I tried to wash smudges on the wall the paint would just come off I will never recommend the grove at riverside to anyone more ... hide ...
