I live there Its a great place Surprisingly quiet and no stairs walk in shower and gas heat Even has your own washer and dryer All the convenience of a home Nice walk about in back
Perfect spot for all the future development happening on this side of Rexburg with the addition of the new traffic signal its going to create ease of access
I visited someone here recently and thought these apaprtments looked very nice They have a common room for residents to get together in as well The building is access controlled after 8pm so be careful not to get locked out if you are visiting

Good enough place from what I saw in 2 apartments. If you go live there, be sure to look carefully for the visitor parking. This is an awesome place to live! Mary Kay is the site manager and she has been nothing but wonderful for the 3 years we were residents. The 2 bedroom was perfect for our little family and we were grateful it is pet friendly. I would recommend it to anyone! Management is terrible, otherwise these apartments are made for those who need minimum housing and that what you get. The maintenance man Denis is great. I would give him 5/5.
