Quiet and peaceful Think they should have family units with children in one area and renters without in another area U can hear the little ones upstairs and have another area for children to play they need more room Never see management

When i first moved in i was 18 years old and didnt know better. The previous maintenance guy never painted, patched holes, there was a huge crack in the walls, and a prescription bottle was used to plug up a washer outlet. I lived there for four years and just recently moved out. Aside from the first move in, i never had an issue. It was quiet, well kept and perfect for someones first apartment. I just recently moved out and the new maintenance guy was so wonderful. I was scared, it was my first ever walk through, and when i first moved in i didnt take pictures or write down the issues but he was very understanding, made me feel super comfortable and walked me through all the details of moving. He was AMAZING. I cant believe he is the only mait guy for that whole complex. The apartments are actually up to snuff now that hes here. I will miss this place but onto bigger and better things.more ...hide ...

I live very close to these apartments. Last year I noticed a man outside almost everyday, picking up trash and making things look nice. I havent noticed him for a while. I havent noticed him for a while. This year however, there have been several deliquent kids, who live at these apartments, roaming around adjacent neighborhoods ringing doorbells and harassing people who are walking their dogs, etc. Loud cars sit in the parking lot playing music, and people with broken down cars parking all over the street. Whats changed?? Stop renting to these low-lifes so we can keep a nice, beautiful neighborhood!!!more ...hide ...

I love it here 5 years now. I moved to a senior unit 1 story no kids in my yard lol. Good people . Matance is a little short handed but do the best they can and get things done right .
