It is unacceptable that we have not had hot water for an entire day since I sent a maintenance request 2 months ago and the status has remained open. Furthermore, there is still a leak in the bathroom since we moved in. As paying residents, we have rights that Mosaic has not upheld concerning standard living. We are also being charged for water when it is shut off every day; creating an unsafe environment. I am uneasy to even go outside at night and will be voicing this online while contacting the city as there are many things unmet to code here. In Texas, 7 days were given to repair the leak but it has been two months with no progress being made although I have proof of all maintenance requests saved and documented during our time here. Reading up on Texas Tenants Rights is highly suggested and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or live here as it is not safe; cars including ours have been broken into and homeless people sleep by the pool washing their clothes in it, my neighbor was robbed in broad daylight too! Gates should be put up with cameras as well so that we do not need to check every night if our vehicles are secure - Mosaic needs to take action now! Many residents feel disappointed and unsatisfied which I cannot wait until we move out of this dump! more ... hide ...
