Living here over time, I have seen an increase in the amount of noise from a small percentage of tenants whom ruin any opportunity for respectful enjoyment. Also, people get sick with viruses each year and it Im recovering from a six week cough as this is my third time in the last five years, getting a cold from others. The ventilation system is completely clogged with debris to the point were the floors are covered each day with light tan and corn particles. In addition, if you live on the top floor, you will have to deal with a roof top fan if you get my apt. It shakes the apartment in from the bedroom space all the way to the kitchen cupboards because it works counterproductive with the ventilation system. Forced air into a clogged ventilation system is just a fan wearing out its band. No real clean air except opening the windows, for which I have to keep low because if I keep them too high, my cat might fall out the window because of pressing up against it. more ... hide ...
