The parking lot does not receive much maintenance in terms of potholes or snow plowing after heavy snowfalls, yet the prices are reasonable for the area and its proximity to NKU, the hospital on the hill, as well as restaurants and stores. It is also conveniently located for my commute to Erlanger/Florence and I can drive to family members in Amelia in around thirty minutes from Churchill. My primary gripes are threefold: only one four-legged pet is allowed (non-aggressive breeds according to Fort Thomas regulations), no online payments are accepted, and only a few units include one utility in the rent with the rest being paid for via cashiers check or money order. The front door and bathroom walls are very thin; you can hear people talking in the hall and your neighbors having a party. The bedroom and living room walls are better insulated, though. Additionally, all two-bedrooms are 1000 sq ft, but some of the apartments are as small as 510 sq ft, practically a shoebox. Taking into account the price, location, and what is offered, I would recommend this complex to those moving to Cincinnati and living alone. more ... hide ...
