Once, I even spotted a mouse in my kitchen, but DJ, the head of maintenance, quickly sorted it out and even followed up afterwards. He has been incredibly helpful, and has been very professional in his attitude and his approach. The property manager, Shawn, has also been helpful and speedy when it comes to dealing with my issues, apart from the stolen packages. The location of the building is also great and the fact that washers are included in the rent is very convenient. STILL, I absolutely adored my apartment. I was the first person to move into my newly renovated unit and it was worth the cost. My apartment has never had a serious issue, and all minor concerns such as replacing the AC filters and turning on the heat were addressed quickly. The building management staff is polite, qualified, and accommodating. They make sure this is a pleasant place to live, usually enforcing community rules and organizing regular events like "Wine Down Wednesdays" where I tasted some of the best Sangria and made new acquaintances that will last. My building was filled with young professionals who minded their own business and behaved as a community.
