The management of this apartment complex is extremely intrusive. Every other week there seems to be a new reason for them to enter tenants' units. Every other week there seems to be a new reason for them to enter tenants' units. These "inspections" are supposedly to check for nonexistent and unreported infestations. Numerous tenants, including myself, have said we did not want the service when asked. Despite the majority of people saying no, they still mandated monthly inspections. This means twelve times a year either you have to take time off work or have strangers coming in and out of your apartment without you being present (treading on your carpet and floor with their dirty shoes). This does not even include the other sudden forced entries when they forget to make sure their buildings meet the specified codes. They had no personnel in the main office until two weeks ago, so nearly everybody is still waiting to sign a new lease for the year. If there are other options available, it is strongly recommended to explore them. The issues listed above are not even half of the problems. It is advisable to stay away from this place for at least two to three years or until there is a change in ownership. Furthermore, their washers and dryers are regularly malfunctioning, which wastes tenants' time and money. In conclusion, it is highly suggested to avoid this place at all costs.more ...hide ...
