I want to take the time out to post here about my experience here in Green Oaks I have been here for 6 years now and moved in when I got divorced It took some time to get in because there were steps that were followed and now I see The area here is q I want to take the time out to post here about my experience here in Green Oaks I have been here for 6 years now and moved in when I got divorced It took some time to get in because there were steps that were followed and now I see The area here is quiet very convenient to major highways and great schools Denise and Tamekia will take that extra step to make sure things are getting done when work orders are out in We all know everything isnt going to be perfect and things will break but the time to get these things fix is done in a timely matter and I havent had any complaints with repairs I do know they make sure their residents are happy by taking that extra step if needed All the units has been updated to the modern look Im very please living here as I just signed my lease again more ... hide ...

Moved in the apartment wasnt cleaned properly They didnt clean the carpet The carpet still had pet hair in it Walls had hand prints on it They painted over hair Cant control the heat either youre melting or freezing Been sharing my apartment with bug Moved in the apartment wasnt cleaned properly They didnt clean the carpet The carpet still had pet hair in it Walls had hand prints on it They painted over hair Cant control the heat either youre melting or freezing Been sharing my apartment with bugs since I moved in Maintenance barely understand English so they barely know youre talking about that need to be fixed Walls so thin you can hear others talking and doing the nasty Just happy my kids room is in the middle and not next to the neighbors wall cause they would hear everything Theyll come tell you your music too loud but cant even tell you when theyre going to turn the water off Then when it comes back on its yellow Just dont waste your money Rent too much for all these problems more ... hide ...
