During my initial consultation he was able to diagnose a fairly rare hand problem. He clearly explained treatment options and allowed me to make some choices. Dr. Tapscott performed a difficult tendon transfer surgery to restore function to my hand. He did a superb job with the surgery and provided great follow-up care. The results exceeded my hopes for restoration of function, and pain I lived with for years is now gone. I couldn€™t have asked for better care. Patients seeing Dr. Tapscott for the first time should be aware that he thinks fast, talks fast and works fast. Just ask him to repeat if you can€™t catch everything he says.more ...hide ...

It was I currently reside at the new Lincolnwood estates homes.Since the month of June I was given this house and pressured to sign the lease without the pleasure of viewing it due to pandemic precautions as they claim. It was either take this house or continue to be homeless. I ask housing authority should I be worry about any pest problem upon moving in being that I had met people in Springfield who had rat problems. They told me no I should not be worried at all. I am severely terrified of rodents and have a 6 year old daughter.Shortly after getting settled in and cooking I began to hear squeaking at night and early mornings. My neighbor even warned me that maybe I should get a cat before the winter comes and I didn€™t understand why at first. Soon I found out my beautiful home was infested then I began complaining to maintenance about it starting from August all the way until November. First I was told that mice are normal in homes and that I should spend my own money and buy things to prevent them from coming in. I, myself, not having a job due to no available childcare or having a vehicle had to use my utility checks to buy foam, hole filler, rat poison, and other products I can prove with receipts to help the rodent problem. Still no major changes. As soon as me and my daughter went to bed the rodents a have field day climbing in my garbage climbing on counters and even hiding under me and my daughters beds due to me not having a lot of furniture. Pest control came and left about 5 mini d-con traps I believe to catch the mice that would allow the mice to climb in it eat poison and die. The traps caught something every time leaving terrible smells in my house, yet the problem still remained. By the third time I denied pest control coming into my home to drop off these traps being that I explained to maintenance I believe these mice are already living in the attic or coming directly from outside. This would require a more extensive pest control job to be done at my house to get rid of the rodent problem for good.more ...hide ...
