Patients are locked up in their rooms, and cant even go out of their rooms to eat due to the COVID outbreak. Its like a prison. Many of my aunts friends have ended up in the hospital with severe COVID and many couldnt even return to the facility. That is a violation of your tenant rights.Every time it snows, if we dont go and shovel our family is trapped inside until it stops snowing. They pile snow up on the sidewalks leading to the mailboxes which makes it hard for someone with limited movement to get their mail. The snow is piled high at the stop signs which makes it hard to see if someone is turning in the side you are leaving. The location is perfect having Sheridan road at the corner to use pace bus, to get anywhere you need to go to. Even my taxi driver said Id love it there.
