This place is absolutely amazing My move in process was straight forward and simple I worked with the leasing Agent Lauren She was very pleasant to talk to and work with Ive also spoken to Fatima over the phone She was extremely helpful over the phon This place is absolutely amazing My move in process was straight forward and simple I worked with the leasing Agent Lauren She was very pleasant to talk to and work with Ive also spoken to Fatima over the phone She was extremely helpful over the phone Kimberly the manager was very professional and helped me with my moving in process These ladies are the best I have ever worked with as far as any apartment complex I have even referred a couple of my friends to apply with this apartment complex I also had troubles with some stuff in my apartment The man with the deep voice that May be the maintenance supervisor got back to me asap to fix all the problems In my apartment Reading the reviews I cannot see how anyone would have anything bad to say more ... hide ...

I thought that renting here would be great the people are friendly but after they showed me around i realized it was a little ghetto I heard loud music throughout the halls and alot of talking The walls are thin

This was by far the worst place I have ever lived Was told by management that it was ok for my downstair neighbors to bump music so loud that my floor was shaking until midnight Constant problems with roaches and bed bugs I didnt even know what a bed This was by far the worst place I have ever lived Was told by management that it was ok for my downstair neighbors to bump music so loud that my floor was shaking until midnight Constant problems with roaches and bed bugs I didnt even know what a bed bug was until I moved here The cleanliness of the common areas was disgusting If someone spilt something it was left for days Packages were constantly stolen They made sure to raise rent every year Management never returned phone calls and to top it off the police constantly were patrolling the lots writing tickets The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the portal to pay rent was quick and easy to take your money more ... hide ...

I have been a resident of The Oaks of Willow Hill for the last five years and I started off in a two-bedroom apartment but later upgraded to a three-bedroom two-bathroom one. I believe that some of the reviews regarding this community are wrong and I I have been a resident of The Oaks of Willow Hill for the last five years and I started off in a two-bedroom apartment but later upgraded to a three-bedroom two-bathroom one. I believe that some of the reviews regarding this community are wrong and I can attest to the atmosphere here. I have made this place my own and I'm very content with the unit that I live in. Thankfully, I haven't had any problems with pests. The only thing I see are ants but that's nothing I can't handle. The neighbourhood is also child-friendly and my son has made a few friends here. It's the people that make the atmosphere unpleasant, but that has nothing to do with the management or the atmosphere itself. I make it a point to not let the kids play in the hallways of my building. Everyone here knows that I'm not someone to be messed with and I'm respected for that. I'm very happy here and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon, unless I buy a house. Until then, this is my home and I'm content with it. The Oaks of Willow Hill is a great place to live. more ... hide ...
