Im glad I didnt follow through I was about to fill out an application when someone stopped me she and her kids were moving out She told me read the reviews she told me have them give you a tour so you can smell and see things on your own I took her w Im glad I didnt follow through I was about to fill out an application when someone stopped me she and her kids were moving out She told me read the reviews she told me have them give you a tour so you can smell and see things on your own I took her word for it and after reading the reviews about the staff that means they have bad management if there are not doing there jobs properly I have never seen a roach or bed bug in person and i wont be swing it here I was getting this place for my daughter and I was very hesitant to even let her live in any apt because its wasting money I ran into some other people that lived there and they were also trying to break there lease they mentioned ALOT of issues repair problem and bugs and smelling I suggest you guys take pictures of everything single thing document everything write down everything and date it Thanks for the heads up more ... hide ...

Living at Olympic Village apartments was the worst experience I could ever imagine. It took them months to fix repairs and maintenance would sometimes enter my home without permission. It took them months to fix repairs and maintenance would sometimes enter my home without permission. On multiple occasions, I found that my possessions had been moved without my knowledge. Business hours were of no concern to them, they would open and close whenever they felt like it. Management was completely inept at performing their duties. I left on the first of January 2018, yet I was still charged for rent and a late fee, despite not having lived there for over three months. Every time I tried to speak to someone, I was given the runaround, and never a straight answer. The office can never seem to keep a manager, and their business practices are incredibly disorganized. I refuse to pay the $617 for rent, since I had already moved out prior to December 31st, after living there for seven years. If I could, I would give Olympic Village apartments zero stars. Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will take legal action and contact the HUD. This is completely unacceptable, especially as I am trying to buy a house and do not need this kind of problem arising in the future. more ... hide ...

The maintenance has the worst crew The manager is completely unreliable I have only been here since September 2015 and Im already ready to move I have complained and told workers issues with my apartment since I moved in AND IM STILL waiting for the The maintenance has the worst crew The manager is completely unreliable I have only been here since September 2015 and Im already ready to move I have complained and told workers issues with my apartment since I moved in AND IM STILL waiting for the issues to be fixed On top of that this my 2nd time with no running water in my apartment with no type of notice or note on the door The workers in office are ok meaning 2 are REALLY nice and one acts as if your bothering her every time you talk to her I talked to the property manger and she acted as if the issues that I have been complaining about since I moved in are not a big concern because the maintenance crew were on another project Pretty much ok price apt decent size and the two workers Joy and the other lady are the only good things about living here The maintenance and management again IS THE WORST and fixes NOTHING pretty much I wont speak on my neighbors because the complex cannot control how loud and inconsiderate people can be more ... hide ...
