On October 31, 2018, my spouse was returning home and witnessed this woman walking in the rain, looking drenched and bewildered. He stopped and inquired if she needed assistance. He attempted to get her in his truck, but he couldn't; thus, he called me. When I arrived, I got her into my car and drove back to the place. My husband stayed in the car while I entered. When I reached the entrance, the doors were unlocked, enabling her to leave easily. Inside, I could not locate any personnel; it was unclear how long she was out there, and no one was searching for her, unaware of her absence. Eventually, one of the staff members brought the presumed manager, who was quite impolite and didn't appear to care. Having worked in this area for years, I know that it can be difficult, yet you still have alarms that sound--you are supposed to run when you hear it, no matter the situation. The location of this place is not ideal, situated next to a major road and a wooded area. All I'm saying is that you people need to get better alarms, as if it weren't for my husband, who knows what would have happened to her!more ...hide ...

Its horrible. Nothing but problems from other tenants. Harassment and stalking. Abused my dog constantly verbal abuse from other tenants. Minding your business clearly does no good.

Recently, on October 31st, 2018, my husband drove past and noticed a woman walking in the rain, looking lost and confused. He stopped and asked her if she needed help, and when he couldn't get her into his truck, he called me. I arrived and got her into my car, and my husband stayed with the vehicle while I went inside the building. It was unlocked, so she could have easily left on her own. There were no employees looking for her, and when I found someone that seemed to be the manager, she was very impolite and didn't seem to care. I've been in this profession for a long time, so I understand the difficulty of the job, but there should still be alarms in place that sound when someone leaves. Furthermore, the location of this place is not ideal, being close to a highway and a wooded area. I'm just saying that better alarms are needed, because if it wasn't for my husband, who knows what would have happened to her.more ...hide ...
