I reside close by, and there is usually an elderly person exiting here. On October 31, 2018, my spouse was returning home and witnessed this woman walking in the rain, looking drenched and bewildered. He stopped and inquired if she needed assistance. On October 31, 2018, my spouse was returning home and witnessed this woman walking in the rain, looking drenched and bewildered. He stopped and inquired if she needed assistance. He attempted to get her in his truck, but he couldn't; thus, he called me. When I arrived, I got her into my car and drove back to the place. My husband stayed in the car while I entered. When I reached the entrance, the doors were unlocked, enabling her to leave easily. Inside, I could not locate any personnel; it was unclear how long she was out there, and no one was searching for her, unaware of her absence. Eventually, one of the staff members brought the presumed manager, who was quite impolite and didn't appear to care. Having worked in this area for years, I know that it can be difficult, yet you still have alarms that sound--you are supposed to run when you hear it, no matter the situation. The location of this place is not ideal, situated next to a major road and a wooded area. All I'm saying is that you people need to get better alarms, as if it weren't for my husband, who knows what would have happened to her! more ... hide ...
