Less than 1 Your pipes freeze in winter theres garbage all over the place people dont know how to take care of their kids the rooms are tiny and sometimes the people do a crappy job at fixing stuff so they leave you to deal with it

Ive been a resident here for 19 years and its been a wonderful place to live Facility is clean and well maintained Management is friendly and most residents get along well
