AWFUL! It has been the worse experience for my mother. She moved there hoping to keep her independence. Heat went out, they offered my mother (71 year old) a space heater is below zero temps, I might add, because it was the weekend.... UNACCEPTABLE! Office manager is very nice often busy very proactive. We had Dogs come that SNIFF out bedbugs!Service coordinator has all the info you need extremely helpful and kindMaitnence is friendly and quick to repair
