I currently live in the brown shoe loft apartments.. we moved in in the month of October. There was no heat the heater was broken and had to wait a month for them to come fix it. There was no heat the heater was broken and had to wait a month for them to come fix it. Why wasnt it fixed before someone moved in... idk. Then there was a water leak in my hallway bathroom coming from the light fixture.. they fixed that but now theres water damage in the walls. The Windows in the living room leak. Ive went to do laundry a few times and the washer wouldnt work. Had no out of order sign on it or nothing. This happed to me a total of 4 times. When I told the lady whom works in the office about 2 weeks ago she still hasnt refunded my money. She told me that she cant replace my laundry soap or fabric softener tho. Wow.. and same thing just happened to me this morning when I went to do a load of towls. Its like they dont care. Its hurtful and stressful. Its been a nightmare ever since I moved in this place.more ...hide ...
