It was a nice place, however the old group of people who used to live in the Henry Horners still hung around the area. On some occasions, they even pretended to be from the electricity company so they could enter the building and cause trouble. Every inspection from Westhaven they were amazed at how clean my apartment was, but when I moved out, I had to pay $35 for each toilet, basin and bath because they were "dirty". I was also charged $96 for something that I'm not sure about, and management is not available for clarification. My apartment was broken into three times and the third time, nothing was heard and those who heard refused to help the police. I was told for two weeks that I would get the camera footage, however when I went to the office, I was informed that "the cameras don't work". What a joke! That was my experience. Also, when the Bulls and Blackhawks were playing, don't expect to get a parking spot before 9 or 10 pm. Don't rent here if you don't want to be taken advantage of!more ...hide ...
