I have a friend that lives here. The apartments seem nice. The parking for visitors sucks. You have to park a block away. Not ideal for a handicapped visitor or anyone visiting in bad weather.

Let me say this it€™s hard out here. My income was too high for two bedroom so I moved to Promenade apartment one bedroom because my income was too low at Promenade for two bedrooms. Life is so unfair. Promenade had roaches I moved. Both this place and promenade with parking permits is hell for visitors it€™s like torture to have company. Going back to Naperville were you are truly free. If you are not offering section 8 how can one€™s income if it€™s not over 50,000 be too much? If you can afford this you should be allowed to rent. I thought the fact that you can afford something said it all. These rules and the world is backwards. So they want you if you just making enough to make it not so you can truly make it not to grocery shop pay car note be comfortable in the world. These rules need to be changed seriously.more ...hide ...
