Heritage woods is fantastic They have a dining room that is very accommodating to specific requests The staff are always friendly and informative It is very welcoming and has different options for living They offer studio and 1 bedroom apartments The Heritage woods is fantastic They have a dining room that is very accommodating to specific requests The staff are always friendly and informative It is very welcoming and has different options for living They offer studio and 1 bedroom apartments The also have a cute Gazebo out back a billiard room small library computer room and very large activity room with an oven for the residents to use The community has a bus to take residents out and about on local shopping trips too I would definitely recommend them more ... hide ...

My parents were both recent residents of Heritage Woods Plainfield They received good care while there from the CNAs Nurses and Physicians and for that I am very thankful HOWEVER their business office stinks to the high heavens In the two years my My parents were both recent residents of Heritage Woods Plainfield They received good care while there from the CNAs Nurses and Physicians and for that I am very thankful HOWEVER their business office stinks to the high heavens In the two years my parents were there we went through 34 different business managers Being told that we owe more rent money and when asked why you never get an answer When you ask for simple things like please return my call or reply email that you received the information I sent you Nothing in response I get a bill in the mail and I contacted them 3 different times and way explain the bill and again nothing in response Then they have the nerve to send a letter threatening legal action because the bill is unpaid They are the worst If you have any other options to place your loved one go there instead if for no other reason then not having to deal with incompetent and unprofessional people business people more ... hide ...
