This building is old and even with all the updates that have been done, it still needs improving. The staff is touch and go, depending on what kind of day theyre having. I worked at OTR for about 3 months. I was the chef at the facility. The residents are all wonderful people. There is an employee (Theresa) who is absolutely toxic though. While I and another employee were eating lunch, she went on a vile and detailed rant about her vagina. This was reported to administrators and she was forced to apologize but no further action was taken. Any other place would have terminated her immediately.more ...hide ...
