Honestly not sure why this building gets such hate Ive lived here for over 5 years and never had any significant issues Its a pretty safe area and Hunter Properties takes pretty good care of their tenants During Covid they even initiated a rent freez Honestly not sure why this building gets such hate Ive lived here for over 5 years and never had any significant issues Its a pretty safe area and Hunter Properties takes pretty good care of their tenants During Covid they even initiated a rent freeze to help residents through the financial stressnnTheres a super sweet handyman Jay who lives in the building and takes care of any issues promptly while also keeping everything clean On the rare occasion I had any maintenance issues during a weekend or holiday I was able to call Hunter Properties emergency line and theyd send someone out in a matter of hours to fix thingsnnIs this the Ritz Of course not But the rent is affordable the property is taken care of and the neighborhood is awesome more ... hide ...

Because of this building some tenants I had to move I thought it would be secure building but not worth it specially even though its around Loyola still I l say garbage

I recently got robbed and stole my belongings this building not worth to live most criminals last year Mercedes car stole too please dont live just camera but not helpful either

Worst building management doesnt help neither police dept mostly crime building

Not the best house I lived in but you get more than enough for the price you pay
