I am so fortunate to be living in Goodwin Plaza. This downtown location is situated in the Ransom Place National Historic District, near the Indianapolis Urban League and the renowned Madam CJ Walker Legacy Center. This I am so fortunate to be living in Goodwin Plaza. This downtown location is situated in the Ransom Place National Historic District, near the Indianapolis Urban League and the renowned Madam CJ Walker Legacy Center. This district is steeped in the legacy of one of America's first African American self-made millionaires. Her accomplishments as a businessperson, philanthropist, political and social activist opened the door of success for many. The film "Self Made", which chronicles her accomplishments, has truly inspired me.
Goodwin Plaza is tranquil and the neighbors are welcoming. The housekeeping staff keeps the locale spotless, the maintenance personnel, care manager, and office team are all very friendly. The lawn, flowers, and flowing fountain make for a beautiful view. Additionally, I am thankful that there are IMPD security officers patrolling the building on a daily basis. Being part of this congenial community, surrounded by such distinction, is truly a blessing. I would enthusiastically recommend this as a great place to live. - SunShine Smiles o/more ...hide ...
