Life in the apartment was good, but when it came time to move out, there were issues. I received a document that stated I had seven days to vacate, with no other details. Later on, we were told we had to pay 250 dollars and an additional five dollars for every day after that. This wasn't on the paper, but we paid it anyway. After we left, we were informed that our deposit wasn't being returned, and in addition to that, we supposedly owed them another 600 dollars for garbage removal and new filters, even though the apartment was spotless and the filters were supposed to be changed at their bi-yearly check-ins. We even had to pay for new tiles, which didn't make sense since we weren't living there anymore, and it was their responsibility to take care of it. Living there is alright, but when you move out they may create issues and take money from you. A friend of ours in the same building was told they had to pay a thousand dollars because they had supposedly not returned their key, even though they had.more ...hide ...
