At first, the management was friendly and I was placed in a freshly carpeted unit that I stayed in for 3 years. The plus side of this complex is its quietness; no noisy neighbors or bugs had ever been an issue and maintenance is timely. The plus side of this complex is its quietness; no noisy neighbors or bugs had ever been an issue and maintenance is timely. The downside is that most of the appliances such as stoves/ovens and refrigerators are from the 1980s, with my refrigerator not dropping below 41F even on the lowest setting. For $700 a month, one would expect all units to be updated. Another warning: beware of nosy neighbors! When I began dating someone new, my neighbor reported me to leasing office for having her park in a space not assigned to her (which isn't against the lease agreement). Unsurprisingly, she knew someone at the leasing office who got me tagged by a predatory tow company overnight without any prior warning or proof offered. While living here can be comfortable at times, parking spaces should never be taken nor should noise past 9pm be made--and guests after midnight won't do either since Zores Towing patrols this complex frequently. In conclusion, while these apartments are serviceable enough for living arrangements, it's best to stay aware of your surroundings due to nosy neighbor reports being taken seriously by management and predatory tow companies being active in this area.
