I have been living here for nearly two years and delight in it. The area is pleasant and my apartment was updated and now I am very pleased with it. It is a tranquil rural setting. The area is sprayed by Black Diamond every month to protect against any unwelcome intrusions. The manager is kind and does their best to assist everyone. It took some time for me to get in but the wait was worth it. I would highly recommend this place. In response to Liz Daughter's comment, this is not a filthy or a roach motel. I have never seen any bugs here and there are a lot of elderly living here. As for treating everyone fairly, the manager always does. Unless you have lived in one of these apartments, you should refrain from making any comments. To Tiffani B, I would like to know why the manager hung up on you? Were you responsible for any of this? I have never had any issues with the manager in almost two years and feel there are two sides to every story and both sides should conduct themselves professionally. more ... hide ...

BECAUSE THEY ARE INCOME BASED

I agree with Liz about this apartment complex I have been dealing with them since October 2019 for a young man that I have been helping It is July 2020 and still no available apartments The office manager gave us the impression that last year that t I agree with Liz about this apartment complex I have been dealing with them since October 2019 for a young man that I have been helping It is July 2020 and still no available apartments The office manager gave us the impression that last year that there would be an apartment available end of December 2019 January then March 2020 She states they have vacant apartments but cant get the contruction crew out there to renovate they dont show up and then they lose their money from the state None of it adds up It has been one lie after another Empty apartments sitting there but yet the owner is collecting money from the state for each and every apartment wether they have a tenant or not I am going to look into it to make sure but if I am correct I believe the owner received the money for the state December 2019 for this year Why do they have open apartments that havent been rennovated since October 2019 Why are they receiving state government money with empty apartments I dont believe for a second they have lost money from the state because apartments havent been renovated They flat out lie and say they have 1and 2 bedroom apartments available on the answering machine Office Manager said she has to say that I have been told so man things by her and nothing adds up They have available apartments they dont have available apartments which is itnShe is very rude hung up on me 3 times today and flat out told me she does not have to talk to me After asking repeatedly for the owners name and phone number she finally gave me a phone number to contact no name thoughit was also not his direct linenLet me say I dont fault the office manager because she is the middle man and is only telling me what is told to tell me However I do fault her because she became extremely unprofessional hung on on me numerous times and then told me she doesnt have to talk to me She over talks me every time I call her and does her best to run me in circles and she pretty much tells me the same things each and every time after her talking non stop for 30 plus minutes She tells me the same nonsense each and every timenThere is something very fishy about this place and ALL the lies more ... hide ...
