I've had maintenance issues resolved within 24 hours, received the same apartment that was shown to me, and even had a lockout situation handled quickly (for a small fee). The price range is also quite reasonable at $400-$800 per month. Professional response times, prompt maintenance attendance, and overall it's a reliable place to live - if this new company keeps it up I can recommend it to anyone! Ive lived here for years now and this place has its minor issues But the new management is wonderful and very active the new leasing manager helped me wonderfully with my move out process

It took me two years on the waiting list before I got in but it was well worth it. Shannon and Kevin made it vertually painless for me to move in and now that Ive been here a little while Im so glad Im here. I have lived here for almost 11 years. This property needs some TLC. New owners bought this property I am hoping things change here. Us residents are left half the time with no property manager on the property, nor is there any other management in the office. As a resident I think we should be able to go into the office if needed but cant if noone is in there. PLEASE GET SOMEONE BETTER IN THE OFFICE AS A PROPERTY MANAGER Also maintenance is different story about all I have to say about maintenance. This review isnt made to make it look bad here. I did a review so maybe the owners will do something here. There are alot of great things here but there are alot of bad things too. Hopefully things get changed. Thanks.more ...hide ...
