I resided here many years agothe apt itself was nice BUT management was rude and NEVER answered the phone I moved because I could no longer stand my ridiculously loud upstairs neighbors
Do not move here I repeat do not move here I applied got approved But they would not let me see the apartment In fact they are so unprofessional That just because Im section 8 The manager said she dont know why section 8 want everything to be perfectDo not move here I repeat do not move here I applied got approved But they would not let me see the apartment In fact they are so unprofessional That just because Im section 8 The manager said she dont know why section 8 want everything to be perfect They didnt let me see the apartment until they failed the first inspection When they finally let me see the apartment The bathrooms had holes were mice was coming in Cabinets was Rotted it out When I open the kitchen drawers it was dead roaches in there Closet white racks was dirty and rusted Balcony was chippering and they was mad that they had to fix that because it was unsafe They painted the walls but did not paint the baseboards Then when I cancelled the apartment I got cursed out door slammed in my face And they was not trying to give me money back And was told she felt sorry for whoever rents to me But thank God I found something way better And I feel sorry for who rents from them Wish I could give them 0 starsmore ...hide ...

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable The manager Mrs Temigi showed genuine care She answered all my questions regarding community safety and schools in the area Family friendly apartment community
If I could give 0 stars I would From the first day I moved in my toilet was clogged I was told because I had 2 bathrooms it wasnt an emergency My mailbox was broken and I didnt receive mail or a key for months Ive been without air since may It took oIf I could give 0 stars I would From the first day I moved in my toilet was clogged I was told because I had 2 bathrooms it wasnt an emergency My mailbox was broken and I didnt receive mail or a key for months Ive been without air since may It took over a month for them to send anyone to look at it Once it was looked at they came and partially fixed it where I can only cut my air on from the breaker box and its on a set temperature which made it extremely cold in my house Not to mention my light bill sky rocketed For weeks not I have been waiting on the contractor to come put the piece on my ac that is needed Its now 86 degrees in my home and no air and no one still has came to fix the problem The office staff is no help They will spin you and give you the run around just for you to leave the office and never fix the problem Thats not it but I would be writing a book if I went on Worst apartments ever I cant wait to movemore ...hide ...

These used to be good apartments. Im about to move my mother to a better place. There are constant changes with the management and constant issues with the plumbing. I wish the church that used to own this building would not have given control to whatever company that owns it now. People are moving out almost monthly now.more ...hide ...
