I am immensely disappointed with my experience of living at Lakeview. However, I still believe that future applicants should consider it as a viable option; what isn't suitable for me may be ideal for someone else. It would be wonderful if there was a playground area within the complex, as this would provide extra convenience and luxury to the residents, in addition to the local park close by. Although the upgraded apartments are satisfactory, there are various other problems. Out of all my moves previously, this one has been my least favorite outcome-wise. The owners/property managers do not seem to take into consideration the needs of their tenants; after just one year of renting rent increased by over $110 per month (which is over $1200 every year). Though inflation is a necessity, an increase of 11% in a single year is quite excessive compared to the usual 3%. I suppose these extra funds contribute towards recent improvements made on-site. Another year here could potentially equate to more than an additional $100 in monthly rent expenses - thus making it wiser for me to explore further options instead. On a brighter note however; living here has inspired me to pursue becoming a homeowner once again after selling my house and trying out apartment life - only to realize that dealing with disturbances and invasions upon personal space (noise etc.) common among apartment communities can be avoided by owning property instead. more ... hide ...

Mixed feelings about this place I really like it as a whole being close to downtown and near SR 31 but after witnessing some things I would like to give a fair warning to new tenetsnnProsnVery cleannLeasing Team was nicenDog Breed friendlynFrequent d Mixed feelings about this place I really like it as a whole being close to downtown and near SR 31 but after witnessing some things I would like to give a fair warning to new tenetsnnProsnVery cleannLeasing Team was nicenDog Breed friendlynFrequent dumpster pickupsnOn the occasion community eventsnNot to far from stores and places to eatnnConsnnSome service request are getting ignored even though I have put them in weeks agonThe apartments are older than other complexes in the areanThere was a sign out front looking to hire maintenance workers so they are either understaffed or hardly staffed at allnThere is a neighborhood that is directly next to this apartment complex where a broken down fence separates the border between them Kids like to run through which isnt the problem in itself kids are just having fun but they leave their toys everywhere and play in the streetsnWhile pet friendly some people do not pick up after their dogs even after a community wide message had been sent about fines being placed These are usually small dog owners I see frequently The leasing office says to report these people but does not make contact easy nor do I want to be responsible for someone receiving additional fines but it is quite a problemnThe neighborhood is mostly quiet exception for a few things the next door neighborhood sometimes will play loud music in the late eveningnUnsupervised children will run after your dogs as you walk them screaming at them I have also seen the same unsupervised children pouring water into car grills and throwing eggs into the streetnSome people from outside the neighborhood come to visitstop by neighboring units Ive seen them with guns under their shirts Nothing illegal about owning them and everyone has a right to carry but just still pretty jarring to see in the middle of the day more ... hide ...

This place is really clean and have good manager they always listen the residents but some residents are racist one person in the gym almost push me out I didnt know we need make schedule
