The room was filthy with belongings from previous tenant still inside and I asked if it could be cleaned before my arrival which was at the start of the next month - paying $180 for that week that I did not live there. When I came back, nothing had changed except now there were unfinished drinks in fridge and a smell of cigarette smoke with cigarette butts scattered in toilet - taking 8 hours to clean it myself. Upon complaining to manager, he offered a discount of $50 off upcoming rent which obviously wasn't enough compensation for all this trouble. In five months, management changed three times; no one present to collect rent money and eviction notices posted whenever late fees occurred. To top it all off, my apartment got broken into with no response from owner after informing him about this incident via police report. All these factors make this place filled with dangerous people as they are solely focused on making money without putting any effort into maintenance or security - needles can be found around here, vandalism/break ins common due to weak door locks plus yellow/brown residue dripping down ceilings creating an unpleasant atmosphere for anyone who chooses to reside here; good luck! more ... hide ...
