I have lived in Cumberland Crossing for 14 years I truly love living here Its been safe and quiet I have had no incidents regarding bad neighbors The vetting evidently must be thoroughnThe landscapers keep the grounds well maintained Itsnso clean I have lived in Cumberland Crossing for 14 years I truly love living here Its been safe and quiet I have had no incidents regarding bad neighbors The vetting evidently must be thoroughnThe landscapers keep the grounds well maintained Itsnso clean Each building has nice shrubs and bushes some floweringnThere are trees scattered about the grounds On the west edge there is a Grove of trees which is great for walking next to it I have enjoyed walking the perimeter which gives a feeling of serenity and safetynThere are two manmade lakes One has a fountain which shuts down in the winter I enjoy watching that fountain with sprays of various colors as I sit on my patio near the lakenThere is a sense of privacy as there are shrubs between the back patios The attached shed also gives somenprivacynI love my apartment with a spacious bathroom and closets I wish there was a walk in shower rather than a tub shower more handy for disablednThe acoustics are excellent I cannot hear my neighbor above or next to me Nor can I hear cars on I 69 until Im outside which can be bothersome at timesnI appreciate maintenance taking care of my apartment promptly as I make my requests There have been some hiccups However I cannot complain No one place or people is perfectnManagement has been cooperative with my needs as I pay my rent on time I do my best to get along with them and I find they do the same The Golden Rule is my motto InIts enjoyable to live here Its affordable safe close to banks Addi Kroger Walmart Neighborhood Market LA Fitness Target various restaurants library a trail downtown Fishers with government offices postoffice police etc Its all so handy living here Im within 45 miles of medical facilities Great to live here more ... hide ...

Why do current residents get there car towed If there license plate is on file for the office Right before residents need to pay rent Thats not cool from a towing company Or for single parents with kids Especially if you pay rent
