The manager is the sweetest lady you will ever meet. She goes out of her way to help you get into an apartment. With everyones flowers. We also have a community garden,a new play ground. Rex the maintenance man. Great man super nice,very trust worthy. I feel very safe here. I dont worry about my youngest son. It quiet for the most part. During day you of course here the laughter and the tears of the kids out playing. At night my street is quiet Im not sure about the other streets.everyone true hard to keep front yard and back yards nice. If your a good resident and y ou follow the rules wich arent unreasonable for apartments. I lived in strict s partments before. They want you to feel like you can make stuff beautiful in front and mainly back yard. We have lots of small parties through our the year. For every resident that lives here. And you can always invite a guest or two to them. They try to treat us as one great big extended family. They s la I have their own laundry matt. Which is awesome. Cause you can walk to it. If you have small children they can play on play ground while you wash and dry your clothes. The playground is right behind laundry matt. Has a huge window to see your kids and you can get to them quickly. The rent prices are reasonable. They are older apartments. Which means they are built more solid then the brand new complexes. You can hear your neighbors talking or yelling from thin walls. If you have kids they try to pair you up with someone else that has kids next door. That way we understand the noises children make. I cant hear my neighbor or her kids 90 percent of the time. This is my opion though. Oh I rarely see the cops here. Like you do at some of the other apartment complexes around here. We have lived here now over 2 yes and have no plans of moving in the near future or even the long future, lol. Only issue is I is no longer a 55+ apartment complex as we were told when we moved in.
