Disappointing that the buildings are so dirty. Laundry room trash cans over flowing, hallway floors and stairs covered in dirt, trash, and dead bugs. Never cleaned on a consistent basis. Only time Ive seen things get cleaned and taken care of with any consistency is when the complex is due for an inspection.To look at the parking lots they seem too look like they would be well lit at night with all the street lamps. Unfortunately the street lamps arent on at night. So dark that you cant read the numbers on the individual buildings at night.more ...hide ...

Management is only on grounds two days a week; if you need any assistance, you have to leave a message and then when maintenance gets there (usually on ground one to two days a week), they will look at your problem.

They charge you when you move out to do things they would already have to do (paint, light bulbs). Theyre not very nice people and they switch managers so often its hard to keep up.
