In my first renting experience I was nervous to say the least but CityPointe has exceeded my expectations This apartment complexs apartments are clean and modern The complex inside and outside are taken care of and well maintained Maintenance is quic In my first renting experience I was nervous to say the least but CityPointe has exceeded my expectations This apartment complexs apartments are clean and modern The complex inside and outside are taken care of and well maintained Maintenance is quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to help fix the issue Anna the manager is great She is kind and is always willing to help I have never been responded to later than within 12 hours of sending the message and everything is always resolved quickly I am currently in school at USI and this has been a great first on my own home I would highly recommend city pointes to students Anna will make sure its an easy transition and that you always feel happy to go home more ... hide ...

I have recently moved to this community To be honest I am already obsessed The townhouses are so modern and just downright gorgeous The neighbors are so friendly and everyone waves to you making you feel included The complex is clean outside which is I have recently moved to this community To be honest I am already obsessed The townhouses are so modern and just downright gorgeous The neighbors are so friendly and everyone waves to you making you feel included The complex is clean outside which is a huge plus The location is amazing so close to downtown Evansville The gated feature makes me feel so safe and gives me peace of mind knowing my kids are safe outsidennHowever what amazed me the most is the property manager Anna She is the kindest woman I have ever met She has ALREADY went above and beyond for me from the start of the move in process She runs that apartment complex like a complete boss I can already tell I am going to have no issues more ... hide ...
