The actual apartment is fine, the living experience is not. Neighbors can be annoying, especially in the stairwells. The stairs are very loud the the halls echo, so anytime someone come in/leaves you can hear it the all The actual apartment is fine, the living experience is not. Neighbors can be annoying, especially in the stairwells. The stairs are very loud the the halls echo, so anytime someone come in/leaves you can hear it the all the loudness even when in the bedroom. Its terrible at night.The majority of the problems come the staff. The manager \"Nina\" is extremely rude and seems to pick and chose who she acts professional with. Late on rent? Well nobody is going to call you, expect an eviction notice taped to your door, and she is rarely available to speak to, and when she is gone there is nobody else to speak to. The company that actually owns the building lets her basically run the place like she owns it and there are no consequences or even a response when Nina does something wrong,. Like discriminate against a tenant, or let herself into your apartment. Both of which ive experienced. Ive lived here for a few months and am looking to move ASAP.more ...hide ...
