At first, I was having an amazing experience and thought that I would really enjoy the new management. Sadly, I recently learned that my lease, which does not expire until the summer, is of no worth to them anymore. Sadly, I recently learned that my lease, which does not expire until the summer, is of no worth to them anymore. I am being asked to leave and find a new residence in February, despite the fact that I have never broken my current lease, which I was told would be respected by the new management. Since I am not from the area, relocating is not a viable option for me, so I am facing the risk of being homeless for the winter. When I told the older lady at the front office that my lawyer only wanted to see a copy of the lease, she acted as if she had no idea what she was doing, and was extremely impolite and unprofessional. Furthermore, she did not provide any useful information on why she suddenly had the right to evict me, and did not suggest any reasonable solution. I would like to talk to someone higher up who could help me comprehend this chaos. I am a responsible tenant who pays my bills on time or even early, and keeps my apartment and its vicinity neat and presentable whenever possible. I have been living at Windsor pack for over two years and I love this place, very convenient and close to everything. No problems what so ever, the maintenance staff are friendly and quick to respond. The office staff are so professional and very helpful, especially ANJEL she`s a wonderful person sh`a always willing to go above and beyond to help us and answer all of our questions. The People in office have no any clue or knowledge about property management and dealing with customers.They wrote a letter with a wrong date and posted on my door overnight. It was an invoice payment order to get paid next day. The letter was issued on April 4 , 2022 but the notice/ warning letter ( which I didn€™t receive) was written on April 29. They also claimed that they cut grass on May 30.-April 4 invoice payment order letter was issued !-A month after notice letter for lawn care was posted!- May 4 over night I found a letter which was written a month ago .-Even the Unit # they wrote was wrong and 3 digit!But the community is good and the property is peaceful! The maintenance guys are nice and quick!The board of directors should review the management team . The community deserves young and vibrant workers who get equipped with the required education and skills.more ...hide ...

If I could give them zero stars I would !!! These apartments are trash ... in actuality trash is an understatement . But the electricity doesn€™t work in our room so we have to use extension cords to hook up to outlets outside of the room . The bathroom has flooded the entire house twice since the 2 months we€™ve been here not to mention the fact that it€™s currently flooded as I type this review . Every time we call the maintenance they€™re always trying to avoid us or they€™ll say their going to fix the issue and never stop by to fix it . We should€™ve went with our first instinct by not moving in when they pushed our move in date back by a MONTH!!!!!! Please avoid this place at all cost , we wouldn€™t even move here even if I was desperate. We€™re definitely buying out of the lease .more ...hide ...
