Fairview Apartments seemingly justifies their rating within their own name The apartments overall I would rate at just above that fair There were things I really liked and things that were below averagennThe goodnVery friendly and supportive manageFairview Apartments seemingly justifies their rating within their own name The apartments overall I would rate at just above that fair There were things I really liked and things that were below averagennThe goodnVery friendly and supportive management My living situation had some strange circumstances arise but staff went beyond their duty to help with what issues I was confronted with roommate issues Perhaps living in Anderson people see a different side of life than typically presented with raised on North side of Indy so they had a level of understanding that eased a lot of external anxietynnGreat apartments for the price I was paying 641month for a 3br25bath and 1400sq feet I think Your own entry way back patio and a small storage shed Great I would go as far as saying these are the best neighborhood apartments in Anderson in terms of the actual brick and mortar lease you rent out cost per sq foot buildnnThe badnLocation and neighbors You will hear trains several times a night not too bad moderate insulation in units weekends in springsummerfall have the Anderson races at the racetrack literally 400 yards away but again you get used to it Neighbors loved to blast heavy bass in their cars it seemed throughout the days Neighbors as others have said seemed suspicious coming and going all throughout the day and evenings I used to like blasting subwoofers as a highschooler but these grown adults dont seem to have concern about keeping their neighbors walls from not shakingnnThe NeutralnMaintenance They did restructure as I was moving out in July of 2014 but the previous maintenance was nothing special nor terrible Last winter I offered a maintenance man a cigarette since I knew he was a smoker It felt like the retelling of if you give a mouse a cookie He would ask for smokes more often than I liked if I passed him when walking somewhere or if he saw me smoking outside I dont mind helping out my friends but this is a business review so theres a level of professionalism you expect thats different from catering to your common friendsnnTo sum it upnI put I liked Fairview because honestly if I wouldnt have had roommate situations I would have considered staying another year Friendly management goes a long way with me so whatever issues there were with staying there staff compensated a bit for itnnNote Im still waiting on my deposit return which even though it was only 200 dollars its been since July 28th that I moved out they said it shouldve taken 8 weeks 10 absolute tops to get it Its been 2223 now Hopefully that will get cleared up thoughmore ...hide ...
