Noise levels are unacceptable. Walls between apartments are less than tissue paper thin; the overall construction was extremely low-budget and shoddy. The drafts are bone-chilling in the winter. The drafts are bone-chilling in the winter. Located in a wind tunnel, storm door has blown off the hinges 3 times in a few years. The average winter electric bill is close to $250.00 per month for a 1 bed. 650 sq. ft. apartment. There is a rodent issue from time to time. Management gives free mouse traps, but the resident must take care of the problem on their own.Maintenance is virtually non-existent, so either repair it yourself or wait weeks for someone to come. Maintenance requests are mostly ignored.Kitchen appliances are extremely out-dated.The present office person is not appropriate for this type of setting. Office personnel seems to change every 6 months.The grounds look nice, but an extremely deceiving representation of the overall picture. The only reason the grounds are well-groomed is because it is on the same campus as a condominium complex.more ...hide ...
