Staff who work here lie about the rent, charging more than what was discussed. Theres problems with the thermostat, fridge and oven. One lady in particular is more unfriendly than the other. The mail system is unusual and inconvenient for someone whos never used this mail storage system before. I have mail that I believe is being held up.Items are missing from my apartment and the neighbors are constantly up allllllll night.
