There is a MOUNTAIN of trash by the mailboxes near the entrance The parking availability is horrific The pool doesnt stay open past 5 They have moved away from an affordable housing to market rates The quality has gone down while the rent has gone up
Parking is a problem Driving though the complex is difficult to maneuver around unsupervised kids along with people parking and chatting The trash receptacle always seem full
