Cheap apartments Good price but awful walk to far back apartments in the back especially if moving furniture or bringing in groceries without a cart

These apartments are very clean the management staff is excellent They are pretty strict and dont allow much leniency but the quality of the apartments reflects thats

Not kid friendly Some residents have to sign a waiver for LED in the paint on walls Some residents had no clue others got this waiver Management wait until you leave apartment and Snoop through your apartment Not a good place to live

They say they are income base but there is real income based apartments down the road The difference is 550 a month and 38 a month for people under the same circumstance the lady that plays the role of property management here is mean and rude beyon more ...

Its a nice place to live Close to the schools close to a park nice town gym vending machines conference rooms a basketball court Also right next to the fire department
