When I moved in, the carpets were filthy and they promised new ones but here I am almost three years later with nothing done. My little kids have had health issues due to mold from the water leaks we've dealt with the entire time we've lived here. I've tried to get something done about it or even just test it for a while now but nothing's happened. To top it off there was a serious incident involving one of my children which wasn't handled correctly by office management and still isn't being taken care of today. So, at this point I'm moving because I really have no other choice; not just because of that incident either, but also because they don't fix anything properly nor do they work with you as tenants--you're supposed to understand THEIR problems? No way! Therefore, now that I'm getting out of this awful place I couldn't be happier; paying rent to a dump like this when all you want is a basic apartment is ridiculous! Other apartments around look so beautiful and well-maintained so why can't mine? Is it because low-income people are discriminated against? Who knows...I know one thing though: I'm through dealing with all this mess! more ... hide ...

Find somewhere else to live This place aint it For anyone who is living here and having mold issues Im sure there are plenty of residents check your air duct system Good luck getting ahold of someone to fix it though When I moved in back in 2019 ther Find somewhere else to live This place aint it For anyone who is living here and having mold issues Im sure there are plenty of residents check your air duct system Good luck getting ahold of someone to fix it though When I moved in back in 2019 there was standing water in the air duct system Taking the cover off on the wall you could see quite a few inches When my boyfriend called the office lady said is it supposed to be there Um no Got it all cleaned but hmm mold grew And guess what its in the entire air duct system through the whole apartment Got it all cleaned after several weeks of trying to contact the office but my son had to be hospitalized from a severe asthma attack as he is highly allergic to mold 2 12 years later after moving out he still has issues more ... hide ...
