They came over and verified that the compressor is bad. Ordered parts on Tuesday that arrived Wednesday for them to install (was explicitly told they€™d be installed Wednesday). Got home from work Wednesday and the parts are sitting there by the ac unit not installed. Called Thursday was told they€™d be installed. Still sitting there end of day Thursday. Nothing gets repaired timely. Constant loud music and kids running around without their parents getting into stuff. Good luck getting office staff to answer the phone and don€™t even bother leaving a voicemail because they won€™t call you back. Yea€¦ don€™t move here if you have a choice.more ...hide ...

However, we have received no response. The website does not provide an option to apply, and it says it is open until 6pm on weekdays, which is false; I have gone twice in the last week and the door was locked with no lights on. It would be helpful if they put out brochures or applications outside or made it available to print online. I also sent an email to the Pedcor email address and still did not receive a response. It is surprising that they have tenants with this customer service. Now that I have posted a negative review, I'm sure someone will get back to me, apologize, and tell me how they are striving to satisfy customers. Nevertheless, it is too late. I wanted to share my experience so that others in the same situation know to look elsewhere. Echo Ridge, which is nearby, does have people in their office, answer the phone, and is open during the posted hours. Hopefully, this information will be beneficial to someone.more ...hide ...
