Always enjoy visiting the mother inlaw there. Apartments always seem well maintained. Residents are always friendly & appear to be very content. I lived here 2 years. I moved in 9/2019 and moved Oct 2021. Management and maintenance was the worst I€™ve ever experienced anywhere. Air filters are supposed to be changed regularly and there is also supposed to be regular inspections on units windows faucets, electricity etc. My air filter was left on my front porch in the rain. I never had an inspection or my air filter changed. My walls in the hall of my stair way leaked all winter from improper insulation. Fridge sounded like a motorcycle. Vent in my bathroom didn€™t work. These are all issues I reported several times that were never taken care of. There has been 4 different property managers in 2 years, all of them rude and unresponsive. None of the maintenance orders are being completed and for awhile the excuse was Covid. They never answer the phone or return calls. I emailed corporate about issues got no response. My neighbor on my right side said her sink has been leaking for over a year. My neighbor on the left has been on property for 8 plus years is older, has been having serious mold issues the entire time. I could smell the mold from the side wall when she opened her front door. They told her to run her A/C continuously and this was the only solution they offered up. I paid $750 in deposits including a refundable pet fee. They sent me $440 back of my deposit stating my carpet was urine soaked. I€™ve worked from home the entire time I lived here and took my dog out regularly this is false. I asked how was this confirmed property manager stated they pulled up the edge of carpet and looked at it. They are crooked and thieves highly do not recommend renting here or any Pedcor property. They will collect your money and give you keys to a barely habitable apartment.more ...hide ...
