It is near the end of the hallway, and looks out on a pretty courtyard. I have nice neighbors and the laundry and trash chute are just down the hall. We have indoor mailboxes and a two floor elevator. I really enjoy the staff as well. They are very helpful with anything I need, always, and have been available through Covid-19. Thank you, everyone!more ...hide ...

I think I may call corporate over just how rude and unpleasant she is to speak with and how matters do not get addressed with her running the office. My family has lived here for years and the apartments are poorly maintained. Heating and air issues every winter and summer, mold problems that the apartments refuse to fix. This place has lots of add on fees, but advertise being economical for elderly residents. Greenfield doesn€™t offer much in the way of affordable housing and neither does this place.more ...hide ...

I abide by the rules in the lease, so I am aware of my rights as a tenant, as well as the apartment complex's rights. It is essential to read and understand the lease; for example, number 18 states that the management reserves the right to inspect every apartment during reasonable times, without giving prior verbal or written notice. If you are unhappy with something, you should express it. The staff are not mind readers. I particularly appreciate Aron (?), the maintenance crew, since he is always polite and listens to me whenever I have an issue that needs to be fixed. I understand that repairs take time, so I am patient and wait my turn. I believe that if the office staff have been rude to you, it may have been because you weren't very nice to them either. Nobody made me sign the lease; therefore, it would be wrong of me to complain about features, such as thin walls or easily stained carpets, which are outside of the office's control. I do not mind having to submit the necessary documents to the office for renewing my lease, as I am grateful for the affordable rent I can get in Greenfield. I do recognize that the office and maintenance staff are only human and can make mistakes, like we all do. Apart from that, I enjoy living in the building: it is quite, peaceful, tidy, and well-more ...hide ...
