States such in the lease agreement. I wouldnt recommend living here if you dont have too.I got a \"write up\" for my son drawing on the brick on my apartment with chalk. Landlord said \"it looked like trash an needed to be cleaned off\" well my sons 2, sorry he cant appease your art tastes.Neighbors are alright kind of keep to themselves, but the other porches an apartments Ive seen have trash an debris. But you have to go behind the apartments to see this you cant see them but one on the road.more ...hide ...
The apartments are very good for one person to live there or a couple if you are a couple. They are all one bedroom one bathroom homes some Apartments have regular showers, some apartments have bathtub and shower. There The apartments are very good for one person to live there or a couple if you are a couple. They are all one bedroom one bathroom homes some Apartments have regular showers, some apartments have bathtub and shower. There is plenty of closet space and the bedrooms are nice sized. Plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen. The Neighbors could be somewhat friendlier some of them. Others pretty much stay to themselves. The washer dryer room is pretty nice with the mailboxes being located in the same area. There is only one big downfall to these apartments which is there are three buildings out here each building having 12 separate Apartments but in each building each apartment is numbered the same so in the first building the apartments are numbered 1 through 12 as is in the second building and third building the only differential thing is the number of the building which sometimes confuses the mail person especially if its a new mail person or delivery people who delivering stuff to you whether it be health care supplies or FedEx or UPS or even food delivery people they tend to get lost. And seems how we are located behind the shopping center it makes it hard for people to find us sometimes. But silver lining were behind the shopping center so theres the movies Goodwill plenty of restaurants in town we can hit up within walking distance, such as McDonalds Long John Silvers Taco Bell La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant license branch you name it weve got it at our fingertips also CVS is this right across the highway. Our maintenance man is pretty nice he tries to stay up on everything as much as he can . Weve been through a couple of managers since Nancy left , we have one in the office now but I cant remember her name but the downfall is we cant keep anybody in the office very long apparently . Yes youre allowed to have pets here . But you have to pay a pet deposit . Unless of course it is your therapy pet and you have a doctors note stating so then they waive the pet fee . So thats the reason for the four star rating is because the neighbors and the part of not being able to be found very easily. So to be honest, with this being only the second time living on my own in my lifetime I actually kind of like it here!more ...hide ...
