This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an apartment complex. They control everything! If you get your tv connection from them, they charge you $90 for their cheapest plan. If you go through another proThis is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an apartment complex. They control everything! If you get your tv connection from them, they charge you $90 for their cheapest plan. If you go through another provider, you have to give them a $150 security fee and you have to put the satellite on your porch in case of damage to your property. There is basically no water pressure. Today, I got stuck trying to get out of my parking spot for 20 minutes because the property manager did not feel it was necessary to put salt down or remove the snow from the parking lot. When they did, they left a 3 foot pile of snow directly behind my car. Mind you, they did this around 7 am. I complained and she told me that it was my fault because I did not move my car so that they could blade the parking spot correctly. We had been here less than a year and the carpet started coming up, and I mean that we can pull the carpet off of the floor. Those are just a few of the reasons that I would not suggest renting an apartment in this complex.more ...hide ...
I havent had any issues living here and like it for the most part. Ive had a couple maintenance issues that got resolved the next day or day off. Ive had a couple maintenance issues that got resolved the next day or day off. My refrigerator went out after the office was closed and maintenance was there 30 minutes later with a brand new fridge. Thats super impressive to me since I manage an apartment complex myself and good maintenance guys are very hard to find. The only thing I will say is the kids that live here are bad as hell and parents do not look after them at all. There is babies still in diapers running around with children no more then 7-8 years old but that is not the office staffs fault it should be common sense that residents should look after there children. Overall my experience with Casey Acres has been really good.more ...hide ...
