I have been residing here since 2015. Conditions were great prior to the acquisition of a new management. Maintenance does nothing to fix anything. They are attempting to discover methods to charge us for each and every I have been residing here since 2015. Conditions were great prior to the acquisition of a new management. Maintenance does nothing to fix anything. They are attempting to discover methods to charge us for each and every thing. I was informed that if we do not take away the AC from our windows or cover them, there will be an additional fee added to our account. With all the new inhabitants moving in, the building is deteriorating. There is always litter in the halls. The lone elevator is regularly crammed with trash or has something spilt in it. At one point, somebody had thrown an extensive birthday cake (one of the long ones) in front of the elevator. Cake and icing were spattered all over the walls. You couldn't board the elevator without stepping in it. That remained there for roughly three-fourths of a day. People are continuously propping the entrance door open, so anyone can enter the building at any hour of the night. I had an incident where someone's son was leaving romantic letters by my door for my child every day. I had about twelve letters saved before taking them to the landlord, but that was to no avail. This same child had already had complaints from other neighbors stating he was running up and down the halls and knocking on people's doors before running away. Still, nothing was done. The washing machines and dryers downstairs are always faulty. There is never enough parking. They are always shutting off the water for some reason. It was somore ...hide ...
