Penny is an awesome manager at any complex you stick her at Her determination knowledge and dedication makes her stick out in the crowd She loves her residents and always goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right

City view of st margaret is a very beautiful place Its was an catholic hospital 100 hundred years The nun that was the head of the hospital i know her family personally In fact her nephew got married at the catholic church next door and they had theCity view of st margaret is a very beautiful place Its was an catholic hospital 100 hundred years The nun that was the head of the hospital i know her family personally In fact her nephew got married at the catholic church next door and they had the wedding reception here at the hospital Anyway I love my apartment Its very spacious We finally have an Awesome apartment manager that will always take the time to listen She has gotten more done for the building and for the residents She is easy to talk to I have never had to wait for the maintenance to fix something If they couldnt get to my apartment right away they would tell me The manager has tried earnestly to keep the building clean and has addressed issues that needed to be addressed Yes I would recommend City view of st margaret to anyonemore ...hide ...
Ive lived here 15 yrs and Love my apartment Our new Manager Penny and Asst Manager Cheyenne are great They get things done and are very Polite I also like the access to the rooftop to enjoy the View I have no plans on moving any time soon
I had the pleasure to go on a tour of the apt The apartments were very nice and updated I especially loved the kitchen it was kind of a loft feel The Manager is Awesome the best in the busn I would recommend these apt

They have really fixed the place up, it is looking really nice so far. Its a more cooler atmosphere just hope they dnt start moving anybdy in.
