I resided in Berkshire for a span of four years. Although the office staff were friendly, management never once came to my house to check that the maintenance crew was doing their job. I would call to get something fixed yet the maintenance personnel would claim it was all right. My home flooded due to the toilet upstairs and I had requested help with this before. The maintenance worker cut a hole in the wall and did not even repair the Sheetrock, so I had to do it myself. They even tried to blame my son for this. I asked for a new toilet, and there were no further issues. The worst incident was when my son was bitten by a Brown Recluse. He became quite ill and I informed management about the Black Widows; there was even one spider at my front door when I opened it. We moved out at the beginning of last month because of the plethora of Brown Recluse on the spider glue pad I had put in my son's room after only two months. They make the outside of the place look attractive, but the insides of the homes are neglected. Additionally, many of the children's parents do not monitor their whereabouts. Definitely a great experience I have been happy with how communication has gone I appreciate the patience I was shown And the professionalism matched with the personalization led to very happy residents

My husband and I lived here for a year and a half We broke our contract a little early because we had to move out of state for work In genera it was a very nice experience We liked it here with the quiet dog friendly and safe neighborhood However in My husband and I lived here for a year and a half We broke our contract a little early because we had to move out of state for work In genera it was a very nice experience We liked it here with the quiet dog friendly and safe neighborhood However in the middle of our stay we had new neighbors that own big and aggressive dogs We have a little corgi that constantly got threaten from those dogs The worst thing is that the apartment charge you a 50 fee for your dogs DNA test to ensure owners will pick up after their dogs However for some reasons the area around our apartment always have poop laying all over the grass My husband stepped on some while trying to take our dog out We contacted the office many time talking about this issue but all they say is well check it out and it never got better They have a 150 charge for people who dont pick up but at this point we think its just a scare tack tick more ... hide ...
